Today April relies on a legacy platform to support key functions such as Plan Management, Application process, Policy Management, claims adjudication and payment management. The platform was custom-built 17 years ago and is not designed to support the long term vision of an open and scalable platform to sustain the growth of the business across the region.
April International Asia has chosen Clever Age to identify platform replacement strategy, vendor and architecture. April relies on Clever Age study to identify an heavily customized platform, that matches country specific business rules including data and analytics management.
Scope of mission
Clever Age’s role is to collect Business functional and technical requirements, define long term architecture vision, integration and migration roadmap and then perform a market landscape study to shortlist platform vendors for the replacement of MEGA.
