
Context
Clever Age identified a mismatch between expectations and delivery, and suggested to Capitole Finance (a specialist in the financing of professional equipment through equipment leasing and finance leasing) that the project should move towards agility in order to optimize delivery and increase the predictability of the roadmap.
Project description
While the Capitole Finance project management team and Clever Age’s technical and functional team were working in traditional project management mode, and were therefore totally independent and out of sync, the need arose to optimise this organisation around agile processes in order to make delivery more dynamic and synchronise the players within the same team working collectively on a daily basis.
Clever Age therefore proposed to Capitole Finance, its long-standing customer, to transform the organisation of their teams (functional and support) and those of Clever Age (development and support) into a single agile team.
Capitole Finance demonstrated its confidence in Clever Age by agreeing to undertake the transformation that would profoundly change their habits.
Today, 8 months after the launch, this new organisation has proved its effectiveness.
