Implementation of a platform dedicated to hotel pricing and budget management

With 800+ hotels, 4 brands (Kyriad Prestige, Kyriad, Campanile, Première Classe) and a total capacity of approximately 63,000 rooms in 9 countries across Europe, Louvre Hotels Group is one of the major players in the European hotel and catering industry.

Their Revenue Management team commissioned Clever Age to implement a platform dedicated to the Group’s hotels pricing policy management and provisional budget management. The platform will be linked to the Group’s network of systems and therefore available to both Hotel Managers and Heads of Revenue Management, who will be able to adjust forecasts and use this information in the relevant reports.

Our first task was to identify the functional and technical framework in order to determine which implementation solution best fitted the management platform.

Following the workshops, we built a prototype that covered all the use cases and presented an architecture, which was validated by the Louvre Hotels Group. The following modules are progressively implemented:
