DevMcGill is one of the main Montreal-based real estate developers who launched several innovative residential projects over the last 20 years (condominiums, lofts, penthouses and townhouses) in Montreal and more recently in Ottawa.
Currently selling six residential projects simultaneously, DevMcGill needed to better manage its online data and follow its sales via Googlce Analytics. The property developer was also about to open bookings and sales of the ArtHaus condos, a new residential project located in the artistic district of Ottawa, that required a promotional website.

When we had to define the User Experience on the website, we highly considered the main objective that was to be able to book easily an appointment with an agent or contact the office quickly. Therefore, we placed calls to action on relevant areas to engage the web user across his/her visit and defined the navigation path enhancing an immersive experience: tactile building with available units, 3D virtual visit of an apartment and maps of significant places to go out.
We then enriched this skeleton with graphic design inspired directly from the interior design of the condos and the brand logo, using black, white and beige colors, and oblique lines. The style guide, initially defined for print purposes, has been adapted to answer the constraints of the Internet and the devices.
Finally, we provided an important back end development to catch data from WordPress CMS and integrate them directly into the Salesforce CRM with the same internal settings. A contrario, all the data integrated into Salesforce such as the available units can now be published via the WordPress interface.
Optimizing traffic data to better monitor campaigns and sales
By the same reasoning, we optimized the tracking system of several websites of the projects for sale. This optimization went through:
A/B testing with new flow of acquisition
Integration of a global Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics with one account only
Creation of the Google Adwords campaigns – promotion
Integration of the conversions from Google Adwords, Facebook and Linkedin
We gave targeted trainings for beginners and advanced users to the Marketing team members so they could get autonomous.
