As part of their ongoing digital marketing strategy, L’Oreal is migrating their aging CRM & loyalty platform in favor of a Customer Data Platform (CDP). This approach will enable L’Oréal to reach a wider audience, improve customer experience and yield a better overall customer lifetime value (CLV).
Clever Age is partnering with L’Oréal in order to provide support in this endeavor to roll out Tealium, their CDP platform, across the Asia Pacific region (Taiwan, Korea, Japan…). Key responsibilities include product ownership, business requirement gatherings, business workshop alignments, UAT coordination, business training, etc…
